1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 77abbc ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the 77abbc platform available at https://77abbc.app and all associated services, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, slots, jackpots, crash games, and customer support ("Services").

77abbc reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by the Company will result in account suspension pending review.

3. Account Registration & Security

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one active account on 77abbc. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, same device, same payment method, same mobile number, or same household — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 77abbc reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances or pending bonuses held within them. Players who inadvertently create a duplicate account must contact support immediately at [email protected] to have the duplicate closed.

3.2 Accurate Registration Information

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You agree to promptly update your account information if any details change. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure without prior notice and without obligation to return any deposited funds if fraudulent intent is established.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person under any circumstances. 77abbc will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to keep your credentials secure. 3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

Before processing any withdrawal, and at any other point at our reasonable discretion, 77abbc may require you to complete identity verification ("KYC"). Accepted documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued photo identification, together with proof of address and proof of the payment method used for deposits. Failure to complete KYC to our satisfaction will result in withdrawal requests being held pending verification. 77abbc will not be liable for any delay in processing withdrawals attributable to a player's failure to complete KYC in a timely manner.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

4.4 Prohibited Transactions

In particular, you must not use the platform to process payments on behalf of third parties, engage in money laundering, attempt to exploit payment errors, or conduct any transaction that 77abbc reasonably suspects to be fraudulent or connected to criminal activity. Any such activity will result in immediate account closure, reporting to relevant authorities, and forfeiture of all funds held in the account.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

6. Gameplay Rules & Fair Play

6.1 Game Rules

Where 77abbc identifies or reasonably suspects prohibited conduct, it reserves the right to void affected wagers, withhold related winnings, suspend the account pending investigation, and permanently close the account if the investigation confirms a breach.

7. Sports Betting Rules

The 77abbc sportsbook offers markets on cricket (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and international fixtures), football, kabaddi, hockey, and other sports. All sports betting is subject to the following general rules in addition to the sport-specific rules published in the betting help section of the platform.

• All wagers are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is placed. Odds may change before a bet is confirmed; if odds change during the bet placement process, the player will be notified and given the option to accept the new odds or cancel the wager.
• Bets placed on events that are subsequently cancelled, abandoned, or postponed will be voided and the stake returned to the player's account, unless the event is rescheduled and completed within 48 hours.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 77abbc shall not be liable to any player for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the player's use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, or system failures.

In the event of a technical malfunction that results in incorrect odds being displayed, incorrect game outcomes being recorded, or erroneous credits being applied to a player's account, 77abbc reserves the right to void affected transactions and correct account balances. Players who knowingly exploit technical errors to generate winnings will be subject to account closure and forfeiture of all funds derived from the exploit.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the 77abbc platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, platform design, software, text, graphics, images, game interfaces, and audio-visual elements — is the proprietary intellectual property of 77abbc or its licensed third-party providers, including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. 10. Amendments, Suspension & Termination

10.1 Amendments to These Terms

10.2 Account Suspension and Termination

77abbc may suspend or terminate any player account at any time and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) these Terms have been breached; (b) fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity has occurred; (c) the account poses a risk to the security or integrity of the platform; or (d) 77abbc is required to do so by applicable law, regulatory guidance, or order of a competent authority. Upon termination for cause, 77abbc reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation.

10.3 Player-Initiated Account Closure

Players wishing to close their account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting the support team. Account closure requests will be processed within two business days. Any real-money balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be returned to the player's verified payment method after deduction of any outstanding bonus obligations, provided that all KYC requirements have been met.

11. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the 77abbc platform that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts, as determined by the applicable governing law.
